Team Lead – Insurance

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to drive performance, coach team members, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced mortgage/BFSI operations environment.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team to achieve KPIs and SLAs
• Monitor daily performance, productivity, and quality metrics
• Provide feedback, coaching, and regular performance reviews
• Handle escalations and support issue resolution
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support training initiatives

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field
• 2+ years of leadership experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor (Contact Center, BFSI, or Mortgage Processing preferred)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with proven people management capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing KPIs and SLAs, with a track record of driving team performance
• Highly organized and proactive, with a results-driven mindset
• Willingness to work onsite at 1Nito Tower, Cebu City or JDN Square, Mandaue City
