Team Lead IT Procurement

Lead a team of IT sourcing professionals and oversee strategic sourcing initiatives across technology categories. Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial value, optimize supplier relationships, and drive sourcing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sourcing team.
• Manage complex sourcing projects across software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, and managed services.
• Support supplier negotiations, contract discussions, and sourcing strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery quality, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
• Provide market insights and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of key IT categories, including software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, and managed services.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
