Team Lead - Mechanical Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of mechanical design engineers to deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in areas such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, structural design, transformer design (including Inverter Duty Transformer), Power Transformers, Control Transformer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the design process.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-20 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field with expertise in designing control panels & instrumentation equipment's.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, Solid Works, 3D Modeling etc., .
• Strong understanding of all type of Transformers.
