Team Lead - MH

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage day-to-day Mother Hub operations with a strong focus on warehouse management, inventory control, team handling, and process compliance. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Mother Hub warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the warehouse operations team.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch activities.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and stock reconciliation to identify discrepancies.
• Track and control inventory losses, damages, shortages, and excess stock.
• Ensure proper warehouse space utilization and inventory organization.
• Monitor inbound and outbound processes and ensure timely movement of inventory.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and operational processes.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational and inventory reports.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, transporters, and other stakeholders.
• Handle team productivity, attendance, allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Escalate operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
