Team Lead – OA Litigation Process

Job Overview

Lead and oversee litigation and legal recovery processes managed by external legal firms (OA), while ensuring effective debt collection performance for the SCB M portfolio. The role is responsible for managing legal execution activities, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on litigation processes handled by external legal firms (OA) to ensure timely and effective legal actions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and review OA performance against agreed service standards, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the receipt, verification, and processing of payments and legal execution documents from the Legal Execution Department.
• Handle salary garnishment cases and manage court-related reimbursement and recovery processes.
• Ensure litigation, legal execution, and debt recovery activities are completed within established SLA requirements.
• Oversee and monitor collection performance of the SCB M portfolio to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, legal firms, and government authorities to resolve legal and operational issues.
• Analyze litigation and collection performance data and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and recovery rates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the litigation and collection process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Litigation Management, Legal Collection, or a related function.
• Experience working with external law firms and legal enforcement processes is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, debt recovery processes, and legal execution requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
