Team Lead-Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of engineers to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of ESD systems on offshore platforms.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and reduce downtime.
• Manage manpower effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to identify areas for improvement and optimize production planning.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in EMS industry with expertise in ESD system operations.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent team management skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
