Role & Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of a team of call center associates, including work and attendance monitoring in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Provide effective coaching to team members to ensure consistent high performance.
• Identify performance-related issues, develop action plans, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
• Communicate expectations clearly and provide timely updates to employees.
• Act as a subject matter expert in handling escalated customer calls when required.
• Conduct team meetings to share updates, encourage input, and organize team activities.
• Stay updated on internal processes, policies, and procedures; attend required manager development training.

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Graduate degree (Associates degree in related field preferred).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in call center operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Highly motivated with strong coaching and mentoring skills to drive team performance.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and provide direction to team members.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
