Team Lead Operations

At CLS, we’re looking for a LAD Administrator who will be an essential part of the operations team, collaborating directly with interpreters and other departments to improve production and achieve our goals.

📍 Location: Santa Ana, El Salvador. 
💼 Work Type: Hybrid (Home Office and On-Site). 

Job Description:
The Operations Team Leader is responsible to ensure Interpreters are performing according to our client expectations, working on any area of opportunity needed by providing real time support, proper coaching/follow up when needed. 
As well as ensuring all KPI´s targets are reached. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain constant and effective communication with our Interpreters Team. 
• Collaborate with different Departments to Coordinate Efforts. 
• Generate reports and analysis in Excel and Office 365 Apps to support decision-making process.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in the Interpretation Industry. 
• Proficiency in Excel (Medium - Advance) and Microsoft Office 365. 
• Strong English skills (Above 85%).
• Minimum of 3 years if experience in Leadership/Staff Members.
