Team Lead / Operations Team Lead

Position: Team Lead / Operations Team Lead
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Setup: Onsite | Tiongson Street, Lagao, GSC

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor timekeeping and attendance
• Manage Skype, calendar, and email communications
• Process NHE, PAN, CAN, Exit Endorsements, and Jira requests
• Review and maintain campaign trackers and performance dashboards
• Monitor dialers, system access, and subscription renewals
• Conduct end‑of‑day (EOD) monitoring for representatives
• Prepare daily productivity, performance, and issue reports
• Perform appointment quality checks (QC)
• Screen candidates and create recruitment requests/orders
• Assist with client kickoffs, training, and onboarding preparations
• Support performance evaluations, KPI analysis, coaching, and PIP implementation
• Track invoice payments and billing status
• Generate reports as required by management

Qualifications

• Willing to work or relocate in General Santos City
• Prior experience in a small to medium‑sized BPO company
• BPO experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong reporting and analytical abilities
