Team Lead Oracle EPM

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide technical leadership and expertise across Oracle EPM applications including EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, and ARCS, ensuring stable and efficient system operations.
• Oversee data integrations and Data Management processes across multiple source systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely availability.
• Manage global user security administration including access provisioning, role management, and compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Lead monthly financial mappings, configuration updates, and production support activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate testing, regression validation, and migration activities for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Act as the primary liaison with Oracle Support and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and system improvements.

Drive process improvements, documentation, and lower environment maintenance/refresh while mentoring team members and coordinating with regional teams.

Education

Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.

Experience

• 5+ years progressive work-related experience in systems administration and having business knowledge in terms of EPM Cloud Application and understanding of multiple discipline/processes related to the position.
• Experience working in a global environment, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, geographic & cultural awareness.
