We are Hiring! Team Lead (Domestic)

Location: Thane

Working days: 6 days working | 1 week-offs

Shift: Day Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should have experience in any 1 domain Banking, BFSI, Sales, Collection.
• Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient handling of customer queries and issues.
• Knowledge and understanding of NPS & BQM
• Oversee shrinkage management to minimize losses and optimize productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure seamless escalation processes for complex cases and maintain high levels of CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
• Monitor KPIs such as AHT, SLA, and rostering to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as a Team Lead on paper
• Excellent communication skills
