  • Build, recruit, and onboard a high-performing team, ensuring sustainable growth and capability development.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network with Engineering Managers across the relevant disciplines within the Global Centers of Competence in Sweden and Switzerland.
  • Resource Management: Ensure effective resource planning and workload allocation, balancing team capacity, project priorities, and business requirements.
  • Budget Management: Support budget planning and forecasting for the assigned cost center. Monitor cost performance regularly and proactively implement mitigation actions to address variances and ensure financial targets are met.

Your background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience leading a team in Control Engineering, Lead Engineering, or related roles.
  • Experience within the power, utilities, grid integration, substation, or FACTS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Control Application (HIL,SIL, C++, Python, Matlab/Simulink) activities and project delivery experience from site works is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, or developing teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
