Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Lead – Quality & Data to oversee quality assurance processes while driving data analysis and reporting initiatives. This role involves leading a QA/DA team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and leveraging data insights to improve performance, processes, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Quality Analysts and Data-focused resources
• Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and quality standards
• Monitor and evaluate processes/products through audits and quality checks
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, Product) for quality and data improvements
• Track defects/issues, ensure documentation, and follow up on resolution
• Conduct calibration sessions and ensure consistency in quality evaluations
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to team members
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven decision-making
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Data Analysis
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a Team Lead role
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and tools
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data visualization
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Quality Analyst: 5 years (Preferred)
