Team Lead-R2R

Role & responsibilities

• Convert strategy, policies, tools and processes into improved operational activities.
• Own and manage the overall operational delivery of the R2R process.
• Manage day-to-day R2R operations and resolve operational issues.
• Hire, develop and manage employees within the R2R team.
• Own service quality and monitor defined KPIs.
• Identify service delivery issues and implement performance improvements and best practices.
• Drive standardisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive the transfer of activities from legal entities into the GBS organisation.
• Train new employees and ensure proper process documentation and review.
• Manage team performance and support employee development.
• Ensure business continuity and effective service delivery.
• Build a performance-driven team and maintain a positive team environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Advanced knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
• Experience in a Shared Services / GBS environment.
• Strong experience in General Ledger and R2R.
• Preferred from Manufacturing/ Procut basd company
• Immediate joiner or short notice period.
