Team Lead - Sales

Role: Sales Lead

As a Sales Lead, you will own the entire sales funnel and be responsible for driving closures and achieving monthly

revenue targets for your assigned Experience Centre.

What Youll Own

• Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates
• Drive 1215 project bookings per month by ensuring strong pipeline management
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey
• Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assigned projects
• Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality
• Take ownership of centre-level growth, contributing to overall business expansion in the city

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree (B.Arch, B.Tech, Commerce) or Masters degree/MBA from a Tier 2 institute or above
• 4–5+ years of experience in Business Development and Growth roles
• 3+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a high-value consultative selling environment
• This is an individual contributor role requiring high ownership, strong intent, and sharp sales acumen
• No direct team reporting; success depends on cross-functional collaboration with designers and internal stakeholders
