Team Lead – S&T (KAVACH Railway Project)

Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Salary Budget: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – S&T to manage and coordinate Railway Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T) activities for the KAVACH Railway Project. The candidate should have strong experience in railway electrification, signalling & telecommunication, or transmission line projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise S&T activities at the railway project site.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and railway authorities.
• Monitor project execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure work is completed as per project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety and railway project requirements.
• Manage and guide the site team for smooth project execution.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Railway Electrification / S&T / Transmission Line Projects.
• OR
• B.Tech / Degree with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Railway Electrification / S&T / Transmission Line Projects.
• Experience in railway signalling, telecom, KAVACH, or related railway projects will be preferred.
• Strong site management, coordination, and team-handling skills.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
