- Ensure that scanning activities are within TAT.
- Ensure that all scanners are used to their full productivity potential as specified by the organization.
- Plan periodic maintenance of scanners to minimize downtime.
- Ensure that scanning are in quality is in line with client specification.
- Ensure proper implementation of forms management such that all forms in the process are appropriately tagged.
- Ensure that the work area is maintained in a manner such that there are no forms lying scattered which are not accounted for.
- Providing necessary and timely data to the group lead for all organizational MIS.
- Attendance Management and work allocation in case of absenteeism.
- Manage team morale and motivate them to give their best to the organization.
- Ensure that the team adheres to the work ethics of the organization.
