Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduling Lead (Team Lead) to oversee scheduling operations and manage a team of schedulers. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workforce planning, maintain schedule accuracy, and support operational goals through effective resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of scheduling coordinators/specialists.
• Create, maintain, and optimize employee schedules to meet business requirements.
• Monitor staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
• Analyze scheduling trends and recommend improvements for productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations, HR, and other departments regarding staffing needs.
• Handle schedule changes, shift swaps, leave requests, and escalation issues.
• Track attendance and adherence to schedules.
• Prepare and share scheduling reports and performance metrics.
• Train, coach, and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Stakeholder management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of scheduling, workforce management, or operations experience.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, analytical and scheduling/workforce management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
