Team Lead (SEA EXPORT OPERATIONS)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Lead managing a team of 8-10 team members.

• Responsible for the management of overall import sea freight operations.

• Delegating, coaching, training and closely monitoring team member to ensure existing operation procedures meet objectives.

• Daily solving problems any issues occur in operational process.

• Proactive communication with team member as well as coordinating with internal network, Affiliates and Customers.

• Project implementation and working on process development (SOP).

• Maintain clear and regular communications to the direct reporting lines on issues affecting the office in day to day work.

• Closely monitor on billing process and prepare on the billing report to management team.

• Other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

• Minimum 5-8 years experiences in export procession of sea freight with a freight forwarding company.

• Minimum 3 years of experience at Lead level.

• Good English language skills.

• Proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Excellence in problem solving and communication skills.

• Attentive to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Strong Leadership skills.

• Flexible to work in shifts.

• Experience in Cargo Wise would be advantage.
