Team Lead / Shift Supervisor – Bagel Barn Burlington

Bagel Barn is looking for a reliable, energetic and experienced team member who has the potential to take on a leadership role in our Burlington location.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative and can help keep the store running smoothly. The right candidate will have the confidence and ability to take charge of a shift when the Store Manager is not present.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Work alongside the team preparing orders and serving customers.
• Help direct staff and keep service moving during busy periods.
• Take initiative and recognize what needs to be done without constant direction.
• Ensure daily prep, cleaning and closing checklists are completed.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness and store standards.
• Take responsibility for the shift when the Store Manager is not present.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous restaurant, café or quick-service food experience.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure.
• Comfortable providing direction to other employees.
• Dependable, punctual and willing to take responsibility.
• Availability to work weekends.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
