Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Software Developer to lead our development team and manage end-to-end software development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel and Node.js, along with proven experience in team handling and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.
• Plan, assign, and monitor development tasks and project deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Laravel and Node.js.
• Review code and ensure coding standards, quality, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and other teams for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct technical discussions and support team members in resolving challenges.
• Identify opportunities for improving development processes and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong team handling and leadership experience - Mandatory.
• Expert-level knowledge of Laravel & Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, REST APIs, and databases.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Candidate

• Someone who has previously handled a development team.
• Strong technical decision-making and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in a product-based IT / SaaS / Telecom environment will be an advantage.
