Team Lead- Supply

About the role

Team Leader - Supply role based in Kuala Lumpur, reporting to Manager - Supply with direct reports of 5-10 people. The role is within City Operations and requires 5+ years experience in Supply/BD/Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure having healthy pipeline of supply to achieve order fulfillment targets of each category and each team member/FOS
• Partner (Driver) training: ensure training of partners by team members about porter standards
• Ensuring retention targets for partners are met
• Supply retention: Will be involved in supply retention activities like calling, partner engagement validation, zonal wise supply fulfillment, etc.
• To provide insights on partner's issues and challenges
• Create good working environment within the team
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports about the team's performance and share it with the management

About you

• 5+ years experience in Supply/BD/Sales
• Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate in sales and Marketing
• Core Competencies: Communication, Team Management, Network development
• Functional Competencies: Team work, Partner (Driver) Engagement, Driver retention
• Ability to make excel reports is a plus
• Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills
