Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Tekla to lead our team working on AISC-based structural steel projects . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tekla Structures, along with proven experience in leading teams and delivering projects within timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Tekla modelling team for AISC projects.
• Review and monitor project deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Guide team members on modelling standards, project requirements, and best practices.
• Review Tekla models, drawings, and fabrication-related deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support team members in technical problem-solving and provide necessary guidance.
• Ensure compliance with AISC standards, client requirements, and project specifications .
• Conduct regular quality checks and support continuous improvement within the team.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior and experienced Tekla professionals.

Required Skills & Experience

• 13+ years of relevant experience in Tekla Structures.
• Strong experience in AISC / structural steel projects .
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management .
• Strong knowledge of structural steel detailing and fabrication drawings.
• Good understanding of AISC standards and project requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
