Team Lead - US Voice Process

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader with 3-5 years of experience who can drive team performance, ensure process efficiency, and maintain high-quality deliverables.

The candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational understanding, and the ability to manage performance in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve productivity and quality targets.

• Monitor daily workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure timely completion.

• Track KPIs, performance metrics, and prepare regular reports. • Conduct regular feedback sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance, and internal policies.

• Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience with team handling exposure.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

• Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
