Ensure that activities are within TAT.
Forms and inventory management to allow easy and quick retrieval of forms.
Maintain warehouse to ensure safety of forms.
Implement safety and security practices.
Housekeeping of the warehouse to ensure that all forms and racks are numbered and indexed.
Ensure post the process that forms are kept in designated locations. Indexing, Xeroxing correctly done.
Maintain record of all forms movement and reconcile the same post relevant activities.
