About the platform

An established e-commerce SaaS that takes routine store operations off online sellers' hands. It covers importing products, syncing inventory and prices, connecting suppliers, automating order fulfillment and managing sales across marketplaces.

About the role

The client is forming a new team around its acquisition funnels, and we're looking for the person to lead it. You'll manage a small team of engineers, run funnel experiments and move parts of the existing solution to a more modern stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 Senior Engineers and 1 QA
• Launch new landing pages and run tests that compare paid and free funnel models
• Build payment flows, including Stripe, into new funnel experiences
• Create and test alternative versions of existing flows for A/B experiments
• Integrate the funnel with external APIs
• Support and extend the current funnel when needed
• Move parts of the existing solution step by step to a newer architecture

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of working with ReactJS OR PHP
• Experience in team/ people management
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
