What they need
We’re looking for an experienced 3PL Team Leader who can lead a team of around 5–10 people and set the standard for safe, efficient warehouse operations. You must have a forklift licence and experience.
You’ll have experience across:
- Outbound operations
- Picking and packing
- Forklift and equipment operations
- People management and team leadership
- Setting, maintaining and following through on workplace standards
We’re looking for a self-starter who takes ownership, leads by example and wants to build a long-term career in logistics.
You must have a valid working visa.
Pay: $32.00 – $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
Work Location: In person
