Bakery Team Leader – Bakery Production Facility

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bakery Team Leader to join our production team. Should have experience on production like like Crossiant line, Puff lines, Danish line, Baguette line, Ciabiatta line , Bun lines , Loaf line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bakery production activities and manage the production team.
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and timely production.
• Monitor production schedules, ingredient usage, and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, FFSC & HACCP standards.
• Train, guide, and motivate bakery staff.
• Coordinate with the production and quality control teams to meet operational targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards in the production facility.

Requirements:

• Diploma/certification in Bakery production.
• Previous experience in a bakery production facility, preferably in a supervisory role minimum 3 -5 years.
• Strong knowledge of bakery products, production processes, and equipment.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
