Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to join a banking process in Thane. The role involves supporting and guiding a team, monitoring day-to-day performance, and ensuring that assigned process requirements are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members in their daily activities.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
• Help team members achieve assigned targets and process requirements.
• Address routine team-related queries and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain basic reports and performance updates.
• Coordinate with the reporting manager for smooth process operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of Team Leader experience on paper is required.
• HSC qualification is mandatory.
• Average to good communication skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a team-handling role.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• CIBIL score of 650 or above is required as per process requirements.

Compensation & Location

• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand per month
• Work Location: Thane, Maharashtra
