About the role

M.Bakery is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Team Leader to join our vibrant team at M.Bakery Molito Alabang. In this full-time role, to guides a group toward shared goals by combining project oversight with mentorship. Core duties include setting clear objectives, delegating tasks based on individual strengths, coaching members for growth, monitoring performance, resolving workplace conflicts, and maintaining open communication.

Planning and Direction

• Set goals: Define clear, actionable targets aligned with company objectives.
• Organize work: Structure daily tasks, set realistic deadlines, and map out project timelines.
• Delegate tasks: Assign responsibilities based on each member's unique skills and capacity.

Support and Development

• Coach members: Provide regular feedback, share expertise, and build necessary skills.
• Motivate the team: Recognize accomplishments, celebrate wins, and maintain high morale.
• Lead by example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, accountability, and a positive attitude.

Management and Communication

• Monitor progress: Track performance metrics and evaluate results against goals.
• Resolve conflicts: Address team disputes early and mediate constructive solutions.
• Bridge communication: Share updates clearly between upper management and team members.
