About the Role

TR FINANCIAL WELLNESS is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing a team of sales consultants while ensuring that performance targets and company standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales consultants.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
• Set team targets and ensure they are achieved.
• Coach and train consultants to improve their sales performance.
• Monitor call activity, quality and productivity.
• Assist consultants with difficult clients and sales processes.
• Conduct team meetings and provide regular performance feedback.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Prepare and report team performance statistics to management.
• Drive a positive, professional and target-driven working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or call-centre team leader/supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with sales targets.
• Good problem-solving and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Computer literate.
• Reliable, disciplined and professional.
• Experience in financial services, debt mediation, credit or related industries will be an advantage.
