About the role?

• Leading and organising cleaning teams across active construction sites
• Allocating work and keeping the team working efficiently
• Completing final quality inspections before handover
• Identifying missed work and arranging rework where required
• Completing QA checklists, photos and site reporting
• Identifying the difference between cleaning issues and construction defects
• Training and coaching team members to improve quality and consistency
• Communicating professionally with builders, site managers and clients
• Maintaining high standards while working to tight project deadlines
• Getting hands-on with cleaning when required to get the job finished

Skills and Experience

• Can balance quality with speed and efficiency

• Are confident giving people clear instructions and constructive feedback

• Are comfortable holding a team accountable to an agreed standard

• Are comfortable working on active construction sites

• Are willing to work alongside your team when required

• Can communicate confidently with clients and site management

• Fluent English and strong communication skills

• Full New Zealand driver's licence

• New Zealand residency or appropriate unrestricted working rights

• Ability to travel between sites across Auckland and Rodney

• Good physical fitness and willingness to undertake hands-on cleaning

• Confidence using a smartphone for photos, checklists and job information

• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to take ownership of a job

Tagalog language skills would be a strong advantage but are not essential.
