The Role:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Team Leader to take the reins of our Nelson branch. You’ll lead from the front – strategically, operationally, and culturally – and play a key part in driving growth and building lasting partnerships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify new business opportunities and implement effective strategies

·       Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Nelson branch

·       Drive performance to meet and exceed KPIs and growth targets

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

·       Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For:

·       Proven experience in agency recruitment

·       Strong sales leadership skills – able to drive business development and inspire a results-focused team

·       Previous leadership or team management experience

·       A natural people leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       A results-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically

·       Someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
