Team Leader

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage attrition rates by identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce shrinkage.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks, meetings, and deadlines while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Monitor KPIs such as AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, CSat, CESat to optimize team performance.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in BPO or call center environment with expertise in team leading.
• Strong understanding of Kannada language is required.
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Excellent knowledge of SLA management principles.
