About the Role

Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a motivated and capable employees for the position of Team Leader – Auto based at our Jandakot Vehicle Processing Centre (VPC). Reporting to the Manager, VPC Operations, the Team Leader is responsible for leading a team to ensure operational activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will provide frontline leadership, coordinate resources, support operational performance, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team to achieve daily operational targets
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service delivery standards
• Coordinate workflow and resource allocation within the VPC Operation
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members
• Assist with performance management and employee development activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

The role ensures work is completed in accordance with WHS standards, operational procedures, quality expectations and agreed timelines.
