What they need
- Supervise deployed employees in assigned areas
- Monitor attendance and reduce AWOL cases
- Act as a liaison between clients and agency management
- Conduct regular site visits and employee checks
- Handle minor disciplinary issues and employee concerns
- Coordinate manpower replacements and backfills
- Submit reports on attendance, performance, and incidents
- Ensure compliance with client service requirements
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
