Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a diverse team of sales associates, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and merchandising displays.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to promote growth and engagement.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and special promotions.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication and recognizing achievements.
• Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, organizational skills, and administrative accuracy in all tasks.
• Support sales initiatives by motivating the team to meet or exceed targets through effective management techniques.
