Team Leader

You’ll lead a customer-focused team working across sales and marketing campaigns for established clients and retailers. Alongside supporting your team, you’ll remain involved in campaign activity and help turn daily targets into consistent results.

What You’ll Take Ownership Of

• Lead daily campaign briefings and communicate priorities
• Set clear individual and team performance goals
• Coach team members during live campaign activity
• Monitor results and identify areas for improvement
• Support challenging customer enquiries when required
• Maintain accurate campaign and performance records
• Keep client messaging and service standards consistent
• Share customer feedback and campaign updates with management
• Recognise strong performance and address problems constructively

Your Development as a Team Leader

You’ll receive ongoing coaching in leadership, performance management, campaign planning and client representation. As your experience grows, you’ll have opportunities to take responsibility for larger teams, additional campaigns and more complex client projects.

Who We’re Looking For

Previous leadership experience is useful, but we will also consider strong customer service or sales professionals who are ready to step up. You’ll need to communicate clearly, lead by example and remain organised when priorities change.

Working Details

• Contract: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Additional hours: Optional Saturdays
• Start date: Immediate
