Team leader

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members effectively.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Conduct regular team meetings and communicate company updates, targets, and expectations.
• Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and support to team members.
• Resolve team-related issues and handle escalations professionally.
• Maintain proper records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members when required.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and productive working environment.

Qualifications.

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in a team-handling or supervisory role is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
