Team Leader

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to inspire and guide our retail team toward excellence! This pivotal role involves managing daily operations, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting the overall success of the store.

Duties

• Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance standards
• Motivate and develop team members through coaching, training, and constructive feedback
• Manage sales activities by setting goals, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to boost revenue
• Oversee merchandising efforts to maintain attractive displays that align with brand standard
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and administrative procedures

Requirements

• Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or sales environments
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated team management skills with a focus on motivating diverse groups of employees
• Experience in merchandising, sales management, and retail operations is highly desirable
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to handle administrative responsibilities accurately and promptly
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 45.0 per week
