The candidate will be responsible for team performance, daily activities, employee coordination, training, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members to achieve daily and monthly targets. Assign tasks and monitor team performance. Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance. Train and support new team members. Track attendance, productivity, and performance. Handle team members' questions and operational issues. Maintain good communication between team members and management. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports. Identify performance gaps and take corrective action. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Maintain a positive and professional team environment. Required Skills Good leadership and team-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented and result-focused. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
