TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITY

We're also looking for experienced Team Leaders who are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey!

The Team Leader is a hands-on supervisory and support position that reports directly to Management. Team Leaders help keep the park running smoothly while supporting, coaching, and leading our team members.

* Team Leader Responsibilities *

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming park
• Ensuring park rules and safety procedures are consistently followed
• Supporting all departments in Management's absence
• Verifying reservations and other billing information for accuracy
• Cross-training in all departments
• Ensuring team members are working efficiently and positively
• Training new employees
• Providing ongoing coaching and employee development
• Assisting Management with employee discipline when necessary
• Managing employee break schedules
• Ensuring applicable laws, policies, and regulations are followed
• Responding to and reporting injuries and incidents promptly and appropriately
• Supporting Management with daily park operations and other assigned responsibilities

* Experience Required *

Previous supervisory experience overseeing staff is required.

* Active & Hands-On Position *

Team Leaders are constantly moving throughout the park. This position requires:

• Extended periods on your feet
• Frequent walking throughout the facility
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working around loud music and an energetic environment
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing situations

* Departments You'll Help Lead *

Team Leaders may oversee and support:

• Court Monitors
• Party Hosts
• Front Desk Agents
• Redemption Staff

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
