Team Leader

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of insurance sales professionals in the field to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in health insurance industry or related field (insurance sales/service).
• Proven track record of success in leading teams or managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of health insurance products, services, and regulations; ability to communicate effectively with customers about complex topics.
• Excellent team handling, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
