TEAM LEADER

• Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve team and organizational goals.
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and work quality.
• Address employee concerns and help resolve workplace issues.
• Communicate company policies, procedures, and management instructions to the team.
• Coordinate with other departments or supervisors when necessary.
• Prepare and submit team reports, updates, and performance records.
• Identify operational problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Assist management with team planning, scheduling, and other operational activities

Pay: Php13,000.00 per month
