What We Look For:

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
• A natural ability to inspire, train, and support a team
• A passion for genuine hospitality and elevating the guest experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Physically capable of assisting with restaurant and event setups
• Availability for a rotating roster including evenings and weekends

Your Responsibilities Are:

• Lead service during restaurant shifts, ensuring smooth operations and elevated guest experiences
• Guide and motivate front-of-house team members with clear communication and energy
• Oversee restaurant floor presentation and cleanliness throughout each service
• Act as the key contact for guest feedback during your shift, resolving issues with professionalism
• Contribute to ongoing staff training and support onboarding of new team members

Pay: $34.96 – $67.70 per hour
