Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader to support daily operations, lead the team during assigned shifts, and ensure excellent customer service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during shifts.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure service, hygiene, food safety, and company standards are maintained.
• Support the Supervisor with daily operations and staff-related matters.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Train and support new team members.
• Monitor cleanliness, stock, and overall outlet readiness.
• Report operational issues to the Supervisor.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Staff, or similar role in a restaurant, café, bakery, or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: AED2,768.23 - AED3,500.00 per month
