Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities

• Team Supervision – Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to perform their assigned duties effectively.
• Work Assignment – Assign daily tasks and responsibilities based on operational needs.
• Monitoring Performance – Monitor employee attendance, productivity, work quality, and performance.
• Target Achievement – Ensure the team meets daily production targets, deadlines, and performance standards.
• Quality Control – Ensure that all work meets company quality standards and operating procedures.
• Safety Compliance – Ensure team members follow workplace safety rules, sanitation standards, and company policies.
• Problem-Solving – Address operational problems, resolve minor conflicts, and report serious concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Training and Development – Train new employees and provide guidance to improve team skills and performance.
• Reporting – Prepare and submit daily accomplishment reports, production reports, and other required documentation.
• Coordination – Coordinate with supervisors, managers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Discipline and Accountability – Promote teamwork, discipline, punctuality, and responsibility among team members.
• Other Duties – Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

• Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to solve problems and make sound decisions.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when necessary.

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
