We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Liverpool office. You will lead a team, support them day to day and help them do their best work.

Hours and pay

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, on-site in Liverpool

About the role

Your job is to help people get better at what they do. You will coach your team through regular one-to-one conversations, so they learn to think things through and make good decisions for themselves. You will also make sure the team’s work runs smoothly and to a high standard.

What you will do day to day

• Lead, support and coach a team
• Run daily team meetings and briefings
• Hold regular one-to-one conversations to support each person’s development
• Plan and organise the team’s workload
• Keep track of how the team is performing and share updates with senior managers
• Help new starters settle in and learn their role

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has led, coached or mentored others, in any industry. You are a clear communicator, you set a good example, and you enjoy helping other people improve.

Formal management experience is helpful, but we also welcome people who have led informally and are ready for their first Team Leader role.

Training and development

You will receive ongoing coaching and workshops in leadership and people management, with a clear route to progress as you and your team do well.
