Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Team Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations. Duties

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
• Coordinate daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and cleanliness to uphold health and safety standards.
• Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to existing staff.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
• Collaborate with management to implement policies and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and motivation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
