Team Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to inspire and guide our retail sales team towards achieving outstanding performance and exceptional customer service. Duties

• Lead and supervise retail sales associates, providing clear direction, coaching, and ongoing training to enhance their skills in customer service, safety knowledge, and building a strong team.
• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system management, and ensuring operational efficiency
• Oversees attraction safety rules
• Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing accuracy, and promotional displays that boost sales
• Conduct interviewing, employee orientation, performance evaluations, and manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels during shifts
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone or in-person, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Support payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks related to sales transactions, and manage administrative duties related to store operations

Experience

• Proven management experience within the retail industry, particularly in sales team supervision or store leadership roles
• Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations including pricing and budgeting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
• Experience with recruiting, training & development of team members, as well as supervising inventory control processes
• Familiarity with entertainment industry knowledge is advantageous
• Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred; candidates should have a solid understanding of operational management practices

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
